These terms and conditions ("Terms") form a legally binding agreement between the bjliv platform and its users ("Member" or "you"). By using the bjliv website (bjliv.cam) and all services under it, you automatically agree to be bound by these Terms.

Updating Account Information

If any of your personal details change (such as your mobile number or bank account), inform us immediately via bjliv live chat or email. bjliv will not be responsible for transactions carried out on the basis of outdated information.

Multiple Accounts Prohibited

Operating more than one account by the same person is strictly prohibited. If such activity is detected, all accounts will be closed and balances may be forfeited.

Deposits and Withdrawals

Bonuses and Promotions

Welcome Bonus

New members are eligible to receive a 100% bonus on their first deposit, up to ৳20,000. To receive this bonus:

• You must wager 25 times the bonus amount (wagering requirement).

General Bonus Terms

bjliv's VIP programme has 4 tiers. The weekly cashback rate increases as you advance through each tier:

• Bronze: Up to 0.4% weekly cashback.
• Silver: Up to 0.8% weekly cashback.
• Gold: Up to 1.1% weekly cashback.
• Platinum: Up to 1.5% weekly cashback.

VIP tier advancement depends on the member's activity and participation on the platform. bjliv reserves the right to change VIP benefits.

Gameplay and Betting Rules

All games and betting activities on bjliv are governed by the following general rules:

Sports Betting

• Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be changed or cancelled.
• If a match or event is cancelled, the amount wagered on it will be refunded.
• In live betting, odds change in real time; the odds at the moment of submission apply.
• If a bet is not completed due to a technical issue, bjliv reserves the right to void that bet.

Casino Games

• All games are operated by third-party providers (game providers).
• Game outcomes are determined by Random Number Generator (RNG) technology.
• If a technical error is detected in any game, the result of that round will be considered void.
• If the connection is lost during a game session, the result will be determined according to the game record.

Fishing and Live Games

For live casino and fishing games, the result displayed on screen is final. If there is a complaint about a technical error, a decision will be made after reviewing the record of the relevant session.

Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the bjliv platform and, if detected, will result in the account being closed immediately:

• Attempting to gain an advantage through fraud, deception, or any other dishonest method.
• Using bots, automated software, or artificial intelligence to conduct betting.
• Operating multiple accounts by the same person or group ("multi-accounting").
• Attempting to process money laundering or illegal funds through bjliv.
• Attempting to hack any system of the platform or games, or to exploit vulnerabilities.
• Sharing or transferring bonuses with other members.
• Operating an account on behalf of, or for use by, a minor.
• Contacting bjliv staff under a false identity.

Limit of Compensation

In any circumstance, bjliv's maximum liability is limited to the actual balance available in the member's account. bjliv will not be liable for indirect losses, lost business opportunities, or consequential damages.

Account Closure & Termination

Closure at the Member's Request

You may close your account at any time by contacting the bjliv support team. Please withdraw your balance before closing your account. Re-opening a closed account may be possible, but a new verification process will apply.

Closure at bjliv's Initiative

bjliv reserves the right to unilaterally close an account in the following cases:

• Any violation of these terms and conditions.
• Fraudulent or suspicious activity.
• Providing false information or failure to complete identity verification.
• If an account remains inactive for an extended period.

If a valid balance exists at the time of account closure, it will be returned after verification is completed. However, in cases of fraud, the balance may be forfeited.

Changes to Terms

bjliv reserves the right to modify, add to, or remove any part of these terms and conditions at any time. Updated terms will take effect as soon as they are published on the website.

• Members will be notified of significant changes via email or an in-site notification.
• Continued use of the platform after any changes will be considered acceptance of the new terms and conditions.
